Our Membership Policies
Our cancellation policy is applicable to Members. If the Member no-shows for the Facial Membership treatment, the Member will forfeit their Facial Membership credit for that month. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice are also susceptible to the 50% cancel/reschedule fee. The cancel/reschedule fee would be 50% of their monthly fee. Facial Memberships can be frozen for $50/month for up to 3 months. Benefits cannot accrue during the freeze period. Benefits can be redeemed during the freeze period. Membership benefits can be shared with those living at your home.
If a Spray Tan Member no-shows for the Membership treatment, the Member will forfeit one of their Membership credits for that month. Spray Tan Member Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice are also susceptible to a $15 cancel/reschedule fee. Spray Tan Memberships cannot be frozen. Unused treatment credits do not roll over.
